Darlene, Real Estate Professional Associate, has had a successful career in Real Estate Sales for over 18 years. She has served the Central Florida area and the first 12 years of her career was with Weichert Realtors, Hallmark Properties. She adopted her slogan "Realtor with a Heart" after helping so many first-time homebuyers with various programs such as DPA, FHA and USDA grants. She also is a strong advocate for rent to own programs. She was an agent at Florida Homes Realty & Mortgage for the last 2 years. Her newest chapter has landed her at La Rosa Realty LLC and is currently at the Success Office in the Apopka Area.
She guides families on the path of becoming self-sufficient while growing wealth in Real Estate. Between her strong Faith, her family values and strong work ethnics she has grown to be one of the finest Realtor to meet. Working with buyers and sellers to help bring the best out of any real estate transaction. Her many accomplishments have been Rookie of the Year, Highest Sales Volume, Top Selling Agent, Most Units Closed, Highest Closed Outgoing Referral Transaction, Top Agent of the month and VIP Club for Mercedes Homes. Her passion over the years has grown to wanting to be more involved with her community. She is involved with several organizations such as Women on the Rise where she holds the positions of Associate Director of Membership and the Orlando Women Council of NAREB where she is currently the Parliamentarian.
